Texfens exports used weaving looms from Kahramanmaraş, Türkiye: Picanol GamMax, OptiMax and OptiMax-i, Itema R9500 and A9500, Dornier PTS/PTV and Toyota JAT. Every machine is inspected under power, dismantled, export-packed and shipped FOB Mersin / İskenderun or CIF (e.g. Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Chattogram, Karachi, Alexandria). Chartered Engineer Certificate (CEC) and independent pre-shipment inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) available on request.

Which HS code applies to used weaving looms?
Used shuttleless weaving machines are classified under HS heading 8446 (e.g. 8446.30 for wide rapier looms). Texfens exports under HS 8446 with correct sub-classification for each destination.
Do you support Letter of Credit (L/C) and customs clearance?
Yes. Texfens provides proforma invoices, Chartered Engineer Certificates (CEC) and pre-shipment inspection (SGS / Bureau Veritas) to satisfy L/C-at-sight terms and customs in India (EPCG), Bangladesh (NBR), Pakistan and Vietnam.
Where are the machines and how are they shipped?
Machines are in Kahramanmaraş, Türkiye, inspected under power, then dismantled, match-marked, VCI-packed and loaded into 40ft HC containers. Delivery FOB Mersin / İskenderun or CIF to the buyer’s port.
Can I inspect a loom before buying?
Yes. Texfens offers live video inspection of running looms and a documented 40-point technical audit before dismantling.
